WE DO NOT STORE ANY DATA OR USER'S ACTIVITY COLLECTED FROM USERS. PERIOD.

We physically can’t. We have nowhere to store it. We don’t even have a server database to store it. So even if Justin Bieber asked nicely to see your data, we wouldn’t have anything to show him. That’s why, with GEAR, what happens on your device stays on your device.

What if we change this privacy policy or any of our privacy notices?

We may need to change this policy and our notices. The updates will be posted online. If the changes are substantive, we will announce the update through GEAR's usual channels for such announcements such as an announcement on our website. Your continued use of the product or service after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. To make your review more convenient, we will post an effective date at the top of the page.
